As is our way, we set out early with the goal of a breakfast at Premises on this chilly summer morning. It’s a favourite of ours and we weren’t disappointed. We shared a Baghdad Egg dish that was delicious. A friend chose a Bircher muesli with passion fruit.
Next, it was off to Mork Chocolate. A cute little place in North Melbourne. We chatted to the owner about the product and got some insight to this fabulous product. We ordered a 100% short chocolate and an 85% chocolate with soy.
After this we were off to Serotonin, a groovy, happy cafe in Burnley – just a couple of train stops from the city. We have followed this place on Instagram for a while so we had a desire for the turmeric golden milk and a matcha latte. We were also tempted by a caramel apple raw cake. Yum!!
Later on we ventured out to an old haunt – Arbory Bar & Eatery. We had risotto with pan fried scallops, pan fried King fish, a cauliflower salad plus dome mushroom croquettes and a delightful raw fish and carrot skewer.
Big day out to end our Melbourne working trip – tired but happy and ready for our next trip.
